Ramesh Berkmans

Ramesh Berkmans is an accomplished professional in the fields of training excellence and talent development, currently serving as the Head of Training Excellence & Talent Development at iamneo, an NIIT Venture, since November 2025. Prior to this role, Ramesh was the Director at Revature, where responsibilities included overseeing industry-aligned tech learning solutions and leading India's training initiatives. Ramesh has held significant positions at TALENTELY, Capgemini, Mahindra Satyam, Reliance Infocomm, VbizAp Soft Solutions, Anadaman Infotech, CPIL, and Aptech Computer Education, garnering extensive experience in program delivery, knowledge management, and educational initiatives. Ramesh has a strong academic background, holding a CGBL in Business Leadership from U21 Global Graduate School, a BBA from Annamalai University, and a B.Sc in Chemistry from Loyola College Chennai.
