Paul Cowley

Paul Cowley is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in commercial and financial management. Currently serving as Commercial Manager at Ian Williams Ltd since May 2015, Paul has previously held roles such as Finance Manager and Commercial Manager at Amey, where responsibilities included contract management and financial reporting.
