Adam Jones

Adam Jones is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property management, particularly within the public sector. Currently serving as a Commercial Asset Manager and previously as an Estates Surveyor at London Borough of Hackney since January 2015, Adam is responsible for managing a portfolio of 50 properties within the Voluntary and Community Sector. Key responsibilities include overseeing property assignments, sub-lettings, and lease renewals, as well as contributing to long-term VCS strategies. Prior roles include Senior Estates Technician, managing compliance and expenditure across the Council’s commercial portfolio, and Estates Technician, where Adam coordinated the management of void properties. Adam began professional experience at Newham Borough Council as a Tenancy Audit Support Officer. Education was completed at Chantry High School from 1995 to 2000.
