Elizabeth "Betsy" Vajtay

Elizabeth "Betsy" Vajtay has a diverse work experience. Elizabeth "Betsy" began their career in 1997 as a Front Desk & Clinic Coordinator at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy. Elizabeth "Betsy" then moved on to the Sterling-Rice Group in 1998, where they held the roles of Meeting Planner, Executive Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, and Boulder Think Tank Member. In 2003, they joined NRC Broadcasting as a Radio DJ, Director of Marketing & Promotions, and Sales Manager. From 2006 to 2008, they were the President, Voice Over Actor, and Writer for Guide Me, Inc. During this time, they co-owned a self-guided audio tour company providing entertaining and educational walking tours of Denver, LoDo area. Elizabeth "Betsy" also authored and narrated audio tours and cast actors for various VO parts. From 2008 to 2011, they were the FosterDog Adoption Coordinator/Fundraising at the Colorado Animal Welfare League. From 2011 to 2015, they were the Manager of Customer Experience, Outreach, and Sustainability at \"I and love and you\"\u200b pet. During this time, they managed the consumer affairs department, provided superior consumer care, and was a member of the product innovation team. Elizabeth "Betsy" also created an animal shelter and rescue donation program and developed strategic social media connections to promote & grow the \"ILY\"\u200b brand. In 2015, they were promoted to Senior Manager of Customer Experience, Outreach, and Sustainability. In this role, they managed the implementation from Desk. com to Salesforce/Service Cloud CRM software, provided monthly data and analytics on consumer feedback, DTC, Innovation, Quality, and negotiated a partnership with TerraCycle recycling program.

Elizabeth "Betsy" Vajtay attended Metropolitan State University of Denver from 1999 to 2002, where they earned a BA in Communications, Broadcasting, and Theatre. Elizabeth "Betsy" then attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts to further their studies in the Performing Arts. Before that, they attended St. Thomas Aquinas HS, where they obtained a College Prep degree. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Certified Yoga Teacher and Professional Ski Instructor from PSIA.
