Richard Miller

Richard Miller is a seasoned professional in the field of auto damage assessment and claims adjusting. Currently serving as a Senior Physical Damage Reviewer at Horace Mann since October 2016, Richard also operates as an Independent Adjuster for multiple companies including IAnet-Accurate Nationwide Appraisals, Nationwide Appraisals, LLC, The Doan Group, and AutoClaims Direct Inc. since May 2016. Prior experience includes a role in Quality Assurance at PACCAR from April 2011 to May 2016, where Richard was part of a high-volume inspection team, and a tenure as a Claims Adjuster at Allstate from February 1997 to February 2011. Richard began the career in the automotive sector as Body Shop Manager at National Auto Repair from 1995 to 1997, achieving record sales and profits.
