Jodi Daniels is the Founder and CEO of Red Clover Advisors, a privacy consulting firm established in August 2017 that specializes in GDPR, CCPA, US privacy laws, and AI governance. In addition to leading Red Clover Advisors, Jodi serves as faculty at IANS, hosts the "Jodi Said Privacy / Jodi Said Security" podcast, and is an official member of the Forbes Business Council. Jodi has held various advisory and council roles, including with GLG and Savvy Cyber Kids, and has previously served as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Privacy Compliance at Bank of America. Jodi holds an MBA and a BBA in Accounting from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
