Kristin Spiers

Kristin Spiers is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at IANS since August 2021, Kristin has previously held the role of HR Manager at Raptor Capital Management from April 2015 to October 2020. Prior experience includes a position at CFGI from July 2012 to April 2015, and as a Buy-Side Project Office Administrator at Fidessa from June 2009 to July 2012. Kristin obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Psychology from Roger Williams University, graduating in 2008.
