Since December 2005, Alma has been with IAPMO, advancing from Manager of Code Development to Sr. Manager of Codes & Standards. Prior to this role, Alma served as Office Manager at Smith & Nephew Orthopaedics from August 1998 to December 2005, where core organizational skills and administrative expertise were honed.
