Ralph Soares has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Ralph is currently the Sales Director & Strategy Counselor at Iara Digital, a leading conversational AI company in Brazil. Prior to this, Ralph was a Cofounder of Endorfina, a bar that promotes well-being and is a reflection of the sports culture. Ralph also co-founded Carfynd, and worked at Tata Consultancy Services as the Segment Head for Energy & Resources in Latin America and as an Account Director. Ralph has extensive experience in the Resources industry, having held roles at Accenture as a Senior Manager and Project Manager. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Consultant at BearingPoint and Accenture, and as an Analyst at Lojas Americanas. Ralph began their career at Jornal do Brasil as a Supervisor of Production.
Ralph Soares completed their high school education at Colegio Santa Therezinha in 1991. Ralph then pursued a degree in Mechanic Engineering from Universidade Federal Fluminense from 1992 to 1997. Later, in 2004 to 2005, they obtained an MBA in Enterprise Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
