Donal Durkan

Donal Durkan is a seasoned Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently employed at Iarnród Éireann Irish Rail since April 2022, Donal has held prominent roles including Senior Manager - Technical Advisor and Quantity Surveyor at the Higher Education Authority from August 2019 to April 2022.
