Suzy Byrne

Suzy Byrne has been working in the disability sector for almost two decades. Suzy began their career as an advocate at Greater Dublin Independent Living, where they worked for three years. Suzy then moved to the National Advocacy Service for People with Disabilities, where they worked for seven years. In their current role as Director at Iarnród Éireann, they are responsible for ensuring that the company's services are accessible to all passengers, including those with disabilities.

Suzy Byrne earned a Moderatorship (B.A) in Sociology and Social Policy from Trinity College Dublin. Suzy also holds a Certificate in Decision-Making Capacity & Support from the Law Society of Ireland.
