Amy Hancock

Amy Hancock, PMP, has over 18 years of experience in the insurance industry as a project manager and IT consultant. Amy most recently worked at IAT Insurance Group as a Manager, Application Delivery. Prior to that, they worked at HUB International as a Senior Developer. Amy also has experience at Tower Group Companies, where they served as a Project Manager and led a team in the implementation of the NetRATE Commercial Lines Rating System. Additionally, they worked at The Revere Group as an IT Consultant, specializing in software development and the deployment of web-enabled rating and underwriting applications. Overall, Amy has a strong background in project management and IT development within the insurance sector.

Amy Hancock, PMP has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and French from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Amy also holds a Master of Science degree in Information Systems from DePaul University. In addition to their formal education, Amy has obtained several certifications including AINS 21 - Property and Liability Insurance Principles, Duck Creek Author Master Level, Fundamentals of Engineering (EIT/FE), and ITIL Foundation from APM Group. Amy is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) accredited by the Project Management Institute.
