Jeff S.

Jeff S. has a strong work history in the insurance and technology industries. Most recently, they worked as a Senior Business Analyst at IAT Insurance Group starting in November 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of Business Solutions at Health Care Service Corporation where they led a team of business analysts and business architects, collaborated with software product teams, and supported the Group Health Insurance portfolio in five states. From 2004 to 2016, Jeff held various roles at Aon, including Director of Business Analysis, Product Manager, and Account Manager. In these positions, they managed teams, collected product requirements, and oversaw software development projects. Jeff also served as a Project Manager at Aon Services Group from 2001 to 2003, leading a team to implement new software for an automotive and homeowners personal lines business. Jeff's career began at Spire Inc. in 1995, where they were a founding partner of a startup software company and served as the COO and CFO. During this time, they secured funding and successfully licensed software to Dell Computer.

Jeff S. received a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Computer Programming from Rhodes College. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile. Jeff also holds the SAFe Scaled Agile for Lean Enterprises certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. The certifications were obtained in May 2020 and October 2019 respectively.
