Jennifer Ratliff

Jennifer Ratliff is currently the VP of Training & Development at IAT Insurance Group, after previously holding the role of AVP at the same company. Prior to their time at IAT, Jennifer served as a Training & Development Manager and Enterprise Project Manager at the company. Earlier in their career, Jennifer worked as the Application Support Center Manager at Zurich North America, where Jennifer also held roles as Learning & Development Manager, Laws & Regulations Implementation Manager, and Training & Implementation Program Manager. Jennifer started their professional life as a Senior Consultant in Instructional Design at Accenture after graduating with a BA in English from Northern Illinois University. Despite their impressive career, Jennifer never forgets their roots, having attended Prospect High School in the early 90s.
