John Gard

John Gard is a Senior Manager in Talent Acquisition at IAT Insurance Group. Prior to this, John worked as a Senior Recruiting Consultant in Social, Statistical, and Environmental Sciences at RTI International. With a background in auditing at Deloitte & Touche, John also has experience as a Staffing Manager at Robert Half International and as an Executive Recruiter at Randolph Consulting LLC and TalentBridge. John holds a Master of Accounting from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
