Karoline McAdam Obora

Karoline McAdam Obora serves as AVP, PMO and Enterprise Program Manager at IAT Insurance Group since April 2018, overseeing project management from inception to post-implementation in a matrix environment. Previously, Karoline held the position of Vice President of Product Planning and Development at ClaimForce, Inc. from February 2007 to February 2018, where responsibilities included leading product positioning and development, notably launching the first full vendor management solution in the industry. Earlier roles included Director of Product Planning and Development at ClaimForce, Independent Consultant for Contract Project Management, and Director of Strategic Marketing Services at CCC Information Services Inc., contributing to significant multi-million dollar deals and strategic initiatives. Karoline holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University.
