Lisa Wiggin

Lisa Wiggin has a diverse work experience spanning various industries.

Lisa started their career in 1986, serving in the United States Air Force as an Inventory Management Specialist and Supervisor for the North Carolina Air National Guard. Lisa was responsible for ordering, storing, and managing materials for the 145th Civil Engineering Unit.

After leaving the Air Force in 2008, Lisa worked as a Real Estate Agent for Coldwell Banker Advantage, assisting buyers and sellers in completing home transactions. Lisa used the MLS service, negotiated contracts, and collaborated with lenders, attorneys, and other agents.

In 2012, Lisa joined Duke Energy Corporation as a Customer Service II representative, providing information to callers about their accounts, initiating work requests, and handling customer concerns.

Lisa then transitioned to the retail sector and worked as a Sales Associate at The Home Depot from 2008 to 2012.

From 2008 to 2012, Lisa also worked as a Real Estate Agent Assistant at Covenant Realty, supporting real estate agents in their day-to-day operations.

Lisa's next role was at Crossroads Automotive Group Inc. in 2013, where they served as an Accounts Receivable Specialist and later as a Warranty Administrator. In these positions, they used software systems and web sites to manage extended warranties for customers, collaborated with financial and insurance teams, and handled accounting transactions related to warranties.

Since 2016, Lisa has been working at IAT Insurance Group as a Claims Analyst. Lisa'sresponsibilities include managing and monitoring property claims, investigating homeowner property claims, determining policy coverage, assessing repair costs, and issuing payment transactions.

Throughout their career, Lisa has gained experience in customer service, sales, real estate, administration, and claims analysis, demonstrating their versatility and adaptability in various roles.

Lisa Wiggin has a strong educational background. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources from the UCF College of Business, which they attended from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Studies from Valencia College, where they studied from 1992 to 1994. Before joining Valencia College, Lisa attended Orlando College from 1991 to 1992 and completed their Associate in Science degree in Paralegal studies.
