Zoya Din Sphr

Zoya Din has a diverse range of experience in human resources. Zoya currently works as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at IAT Insurance Group, a position they have held since November 2018. Prior to this role, Zoya served as a Human Resources Rep at Collins Aerospace from November 2017 to November 2018, where they provided HR support to Electric Power Systems, a $1.6B division of the company. Zoya was part of a 10-person HR team that supported 2,100 employees globally. Zoya's earlier work experience includes a role as an Employee Relations Manager at DePaul University, where they worked from June 2013 to an unspecified end date in 2017.

Zoya Din, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Industrial and Organizational Development from DePaul University. Zoya furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Industrial & Organizational Development from Elmhurst University. Additionally, Zoya has obtained several certifications to complement their academic background. Zoya earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in September 2020 and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from SHRM in December 2019. Zoya also holds a Certified Trainer - Crucial Conversations certification from VitalSmarts, which they obtained in February 2018. Furthermore, Zoya recently acquired the HR Ethics Certificate from HRCI in October 2022.
