Joshua Palmer

Joshua Palmer is a seasoned professional in the film and video production industry, currently serving as an Electrician-Lamp Operator at Iatse Local 480 since March 2021. With extensive freelance experience as a Set Lighting Technician and Gaffer beginning in June 2018, Joshua's journey in the field started with a freelance video production role at Joshua Palmer from October 2016 to March 2021. Joshua gained foundational skills through internships at Denver Public Schools Television and High Noon Entertainment, where enthusiasm and a strong work ethic were highlighted. Prior experience in the U.S. Army, where Joshua held the title of Infantry Squad Leader from August 2006 to December 2014, contributed to a disciplined approach to work. Joshua holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Film and Video from The Art Institute of Colorado, demonstrating commitment to the craft and continuous professional development.
