Nicole Xifaras

Nicole Xifaras currently serves as the Workforce Development & Outreach Coordinator for IATSE Local 481 since January 2023. With a diverse professional background, Nicole operates as a freelance visual artist and has established a coaching practice focused on helping individuals realize their dreams. Notable past roles include serving as a Freelance Sketch Artist for Columbia Pictures on the film *Little Women* (2019), and working as a Carpenter on the feature film *The Collaboration*. Nicole has also contributed to film production as a Construction Assets Assistant for Paramount+ and ran a design and construction business for high-end residential projects. Previous experience includes membership on the Worcester Planning Board and teaching art at the Worcester Art Museum. Nicole's educational background includes a BS in Consumer Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an AAS in Design from F.I.T.
