The Leadership Team at IATSE Local One oversees the direction and operations of the company. This includes managing production projects, ensuring high standards of service in lighting and sound equipment, and leading the crew effectively. The President, Vice President, and Crew Chief/Production Electrician/TD collaborate to make strategic decisions, maintain industry standards, and support the professional development of the team.
