Ian Scarlato

Ian Scarlato has a diverse background in stage production and technical theater, with experience spanning multiple roles since 2014. Currently, Ian works as a Stagehand at IATSE since August 2019. Previous positions include Properties Master at The Joffrey Ballet, Studio Set Builder at Crate and Barrel, and Production and Facilities Manager at Uptown Underground. Additional roles include company member at Halcyon Theatre and Technical Director at Maine Township High School West District 207. Ian's foundational education in theater began with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from Illinois Wesleyan University, complemented by earlier experiences as an Acting Intern at the Illinois Shakespeare Festival and various support roles throughout high school and college.
