Dr. Mirko Leesch

Dr. Mirko Leesch has extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Dr. Mirko began their career in 2008 at IAV, where they held various leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of Powertrain Systems, Combustion Engine and Tank & Fuel Systems, and Combustion Engine. Dr. Mirko also served as the Head of Department for Combustion Engine Simulation & Validation, Base Engine Development, and as the Interim Management Prototyping Department. Prior to joining IAV, Dr. Leesch worked as a Development Engineer at Technische Universität Chemnitz, Lehrstuhl Maschinenelemente, where they were a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter.

Dr. Mirko Leesch obtained a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Mechanical Engineering from Technische Universität Chemnitz from 1999 to 2005.
