Frank Weise

Frank Weise is an experienced professional in software engineering and quality assurance, currently serving as a QS Manager for embedded software at IAV GmbH since October 2018. Prior to this role, Frank held the position of Technical Lead at Preh Car Connect GmbH for a brief period, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of software engineers in automated speech analysis. With a significant tenure at Cognitec Systems from July 2002 to May 2018, Frank contributed as a QA Engineer, leveraging extensive knowledge in process monitoring, coaching methodologies, and mentoring developers. Initial experience as a Junior Software Engineer was gained at Computer Service GmbH/Softwareprojekte. Frank holds a Diplom Physiker degree from Technische Universität Dresden, earned between 1989 and 1996.
