Maraike Engel

Maraike Engel has a diverse work experience starting in 2014. Maraike worked at bfw – Unternehmen für Bildung in 2014 as an Arbeitspsychologie. In 2016, they joined United Internet AG as a Corporate People & Organizational Development professional. In 2017, they moved to Akka Technologies where they worked in Human Resource Development and later became a Masterandin Human Resource Development. Maraike then joined IAV in 2019 as a Learning and Development Specialist. At IAV, they served as a Project Lead in Leadership & Leadership Development and is currently working as a Project Lead for Performance, Succession & Leadership Development.

Maraike Engel has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from Hochschule Fulda, which they earned from 2012 to 2016. Maraike then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Erwachsenenbildung / Weiterbildung from the University of Tübingen, completing it between 2016 and 2018. In 2014, Maraike briefly attended Dublin Business School for International Business Administration. Currently, they are pursuing an MBA at thePower, specializing in Business Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, and Innovation & Digital Transformation from 2021 to 2022.
