Melanie Preisner

Melanie Preisner is an accomplished professional in the fields of information technology and communication, with extensive experience in project coordination and management across various organizations. Currently serving as an Inhouse Business Consultant at IAV since April 2018, Melanie focuses on enhancing communication strategies within the IT department and facilitating departmental change activities. Previous roles include Program Management Coordinator at IAV, where responsibilities involved process support for projects and structure establishment within agile teams. Prior experience at the Berlin Institute of Health included conducting qualitative research for a master's thesis on technology transfer in digital health innovations, alongside event management and communications. Melanie has also provided pro bono consulting for a start-up and held project coordination roles in international conferences, demonstrating strong skills in organizational development and cross-functional collaboration.
