Tobias Klepsch

Tobias Klepsch has extensive experience in performance engineering, particularly within the commercial vehicle powertrain sector. Since September 2008, Tobias has been with IAV GmbH, where roles have included Team Manager and Project Manager, leading teams of over 10 employees and managing projects related to engine development and application for commercial vehicles, including quality management and process implementation for ISO audits. Prior to this, roles included Development Engineer focused on engine applications and testing, and a position as a Scientific Assistant at the University of Rostock, contributing to research on piston engines and combustion engines. Tobias also gained experience as an intern at Robert Bosch GmbH, participating in the development of diesel injection systems. Tobias holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Energy and Environmental Engineering with a focus on combustion engines from the University of Rostock.
