Dima Boguslavsky

Dima Boguslavsky is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in research and development, particularly in precision measurement and automation technologies. Currently serving as CTO at IB Labs since 2014, Dima previously held the position of CTO for the SELA Division at Camtek from 2009 to 2014, where significant contributions included the development of advanced micro-cleaving and milling technologies. Dima's career includes leadership roles at SELA Ltd. and foundational positions at Ingersoll Rand and the Kiev Research Institute for Measuring Instruments, showcasing a progressive trajectory in engineering and project management since the late 1970s. Dima holds a Ph.D. in Metrology and Measuring Instruments, along with Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Process Automation and Mechanical Engineering, respectively.
