James Uniacke has extensive experience in asset management, currently serving in this capacity at IBA Group since February 2021. Prior to this role, James held the position of Head of Asset Management at the International Bureau of Aviation from July 2011 to February 2021 and at Focus Aviation from April 1988 to May 2011. Earlier in James's career, roles included Regional Sales Manager at Short Brothers (1980-1988) and Sales Contracts Manager at BAE Systems (1978-1980). James holds a BA in Business Studies from the University of the West of England, where studies were completed from 1974 to 1978, and attended Marlborough College from 1968 to 1973.
