Pavel Shkilionak

Pavel Shkilionak currently serves as the Director of Delivery Centers Development & Cloud Services at IBA Group, managing international delivery centers in Bulgaria, Kazakhstan, Georgia, and Serbia. With extensive experience in service delivery for enterprise clients, Shkilionak leads specialized teams, including the SAP Center of Excellence and Odoo Center of Excellence. As Product Director for the ICDC Open Source Hybrid Cloud Platform, Shkilionak oversees a sophisticated platform addressing vendor lock-in and data sovereignty. Previous roles include Software Engineering Director for Business Information Systems, where Shkilionak managed a team of over 180 IT professionals, and Senior Software Engineer at IBM, contributing significantly to the IBM Tivoli Storage Manager. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Radiophysics, Electronics, and Computer Science from Belarusian State University and an M.B.A. in Economics, Finance, Marketing, Management, and Accounting from the School of Business and Management of Technology of Belarusian State University.
