Yelena Lev

Yelena Lev is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management, finance, and operations. Currently serving as Managing Director at IBA Group since November 2021, Yelena has previously held the position of Director Of Finance And Operations at UK Therapy Guide for a brief period in 2021. Yelena has entrepreneurial experience from being selected for the Antler accelerator program in 2020 after validating a business idea in positive behavior change. Earlier roles include Head Of Business Development at 3S Money, where Yelena contributed to the development of a bank challenger, and Country Manager at IBA UK, managing operations for one of the largest IT service providers in Central and Eastern Europe. Yelena's career began as Strategic Alliance Manager at IBA Group. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Management (Marketing) from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor of Science in Econometrics from Belarusian State University.
