Jordan Serafimov

Jordan Serafimov currently serves as the Head of the "Risk, Fraud and Disputes" Team at Investbank JSC, a position held since November 2012. With a comprehensive background in the banking and financial sectors, Jordan has progressed through various roles within Investbank, including Chief Expert and Expert in the Card Business Department, and has earlier experience as a Real Estate Broker at RE/MAX and a Specialist in Bank Operations at DSK Bank. Educationally, Jordan holds an MBA from the University of National and World Economy and a Specialist degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from НПГПТО "М.В.Ломоносов."
