Aditya R. has a diverse range of work experience, starting with Vector Marketing as a Sales Representative in 2012. Later, they worked as an Operations Intern at Thales Avionics and gained experience in testing and validating in-flight entertainment systems. Aditya then interned at Thales, where they focused on managing SQL relational databases and troubleshooting various IT systems. Aditya continued to develop their skills at Northrop Grumman Corporation, serving as a Global Operations Intern and working on the BSI Project. Aditya also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Arizona, leading FlexLabs and creating class assignments. Aditya then joined Cognizant as a Business Analyst in the Agile Scrum environment and played a crucial role in improving cable set-top box processes. Aditya further enhanced their analytical skills at Sungard Availability Services, where they analyzed large datasets using SQL and generated reports for upper management. Finally, they joined Nufactor as a Systems Business Analyst, documenting process flows, implementing Robotic Process Automation, and training users on various applications. Aditya's most recent role is with iBase-t, where they have served as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Solutions Consultant, and currently as an Enablement Lead - Business Solutions Consultants.
