Charlie Velasquez

Charlie Velasquez is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles spanning over two decades. Currently serving as CFO at iBase-t since July 2024, Velasquez previously held the position of Chief Corporate Development Officer at Syntellis Performance Solutions until its acquisition by Roper Technologies in August 2023. Velasquez has also served as CFO at Centrify Corporation and Arxan Technologies, both acquired by TPG Capital, and held CFO roles at CollabNet and AccelOps. Prior experience includes serving as VP of Finance-Interim at Fortinet and a long tenure at Cisco Systems, where responsibilities included operations, strategy, and mergers and acquisitions. Velasquez began a career in finance as Controller at Smith & Hawken and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at American Medical Response. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Mathematics from San Francisco State University.
