Chris Morris

Chris Morris is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in professional services and customer success. Currently serving as Vice President of Professional Services at iBase-t, Chris has previously held roles including VP Consulting Services and Partner Services at HighRadius, and Chief Customer Officer at aPriori Technologies, where a SaaS customer-centric transformation was led, resulting in a 300% growth in the global team. During a lengthy tenure at PTC, Chris held several key positions, such as Vice President of Professional Services, where management of a $40M consulting team was executed, and the first enterprise CSM, developing best practices that significantly improved renewal rates and customer satisfaction. Chris holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
