Abigail Walters

Abigail joined Owen White as a trainee Solicitor in 2019 and qualified as a Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution team in 2021.

Abigail advises on a range of commercial matters including breaches of franchise agreements, misrepresentation claims and general commercial contract disputes.

Recent work includes assisting on the matter of Dwyer (UK Franchising) Limited -v- Fredbar Limited and ors [2021] EWHC 1218 (Ch).
