Karen Chiang

Karen Chiang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, strategic pricing, and market strategy. As Managing Partner at Ibbaka since October 2014, Karen focuses on B2B SaaS, Industrial Internet of Things, and market platform optimization. Concurrently, Karen serves as an Associate at Rocket Builders, contributing to the Go-To-Market Program and research on board governance in early-stage innovation companies. Previously, Karen held key roles at Pacific Coast Information Systems Ltd. as Managing Director and Programme Manager, and co-founded Crowdtrust Technologies Inc. and 3Waynet Inc., where expertise in consulting and knowledge management was applied. Karen’s career also includes positions at ThoughtShare Communications, Hewlett Packard, and DNA Media Services, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts from The University of British Columbia.
