Stefan Horstmann

Stefan Horstmann has a diverse and extensive work experience. Stefan has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Stefan served as the Chief Operating Officer at IBC SOLAR AG starting in 2020. Prior to that, they were the Group Director Supply Chain at Vaillant GmbH from 2012 to 2020, where they led strategic and operational activities related to planning, logistics, and procurement. Stefan played a major role in the reorientation of global supply chain processes and the multi-year ERP conversion project.

In 2019, Stefan briefly served as the Managing Director of TechnoCargo Logistik GmbH. Before that, they had a long tenure at VAICON Vaillant Consulting GmbH from 1997 to 2012.
