Ebtsam Mobark is a seasoned financial and entrepreneurship consultant with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving at the National Council for Women since January 2017. In addition, Ebtsam is a financial inclusion and entrepreneurship trainer at Banque Misr starting in 2024 and has been a trainer on feasibility studies and economic empowerment programs at Credit Agricole Egypt, جمعية خير وبركة والمرأة الجديدة since 2023. With ongoing consultancy work for the International Labour Organization since February 2020 and a certified trainer in entrepreneurship with the International Business Driving License, Ebtsam also has teaching experience as an assistant professor at Modern Academy Maadi from 2021 to 2023. Previous roles include training for the Ministry of Social Solidarity, the European Union Monitoring Mission, and CARE on anti-violence programs. Education includes a Doctorate in Accounting and Finance from the University of Sadat City, a Master's in Accounting from the same institution, and a Master's focused on environmental quality costs from Sohag University.
