Andrej Sirca

Andrej Sirca is a seasoned professional in the field of civil and hydraulic engineering with extensive experience as a Project Manager at IBE d.d. since September 1996, where Andrej currently leads the Hydropower and Hydroengineering Group. Additionally, Andrej serves as Vice President and previously held the position of President at SLOCOLD, the Slovenian National Committee on Large Dams, since 2009. Past academic contributions include a role as Assistant Professor and Scientific Assistant at the University of Ljubljana's Faculty of Civil and Geodetic Engineering from 1997 to February 2015. Andrej holds multiple degrees, including a BSc, MSc, and PhD in Civil Engineering with a focus on Hydraulic Engineering from the University of Ljubljana, earned between 1984 and 1996.
