Dr. Brendan Boland

Dr. Brendan Boland is a distinguished physician and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the field of orthopaedics and medical innovation. As the Founder and Executive Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer of Loci Orthopaedics since March 2017, Dr. Boland has led in developing cutting-edge orthopedic technologies. In addition to this role, Dr. Boland serves on the Innovation Policy Committee for Ibec and delivers guest lectures at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland on advanced clinical practice. Previously, Dr. Boland held positions as a Research Fellow at the National University of Ireland, Galway, and as a physician in various capacities within the HSE. Dr. Boland's academic credentials include a BMedSci MB BCh BAO from University College Dublin, an MSc in BioInnovation from University College Cork, an MRCPI in Medicine from The Royal College of Physicians in Ireland, and an MICGP in General Practice from the Irish College of General Physicians.
