Paula Cain

Paula Cain is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategic development, portfolio management, and product marketing across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Commercial Director at Ibec since August 2021, Paula's previous roles include Non Executive Director and Growth Strategy Consultant at XINTEC, and Group Strategy Consultant at Integrity360. With a significant tenure at BT from 1998 to 2019, Paula held various senior management positions, including General Manager for both Portfolio and Commercial divisions, along with leading strategy and customer experience initiatives in Ireland. Paula holds an MSc in Business Telecoms from UCL and a BSc in Systems Modelling from Sheffield Hallam University.
