Nilton Saraiva

Nilton Saraiva is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the packaging and printing industries. Currently serving as CEO of Ibema Papelcartão since April 2017, Nilton has successfully focused on improving results, restructuring the commercial area, and enhancing corporate governance. Prior to this role, Nilton held several significant positions at Bemis Latin America, including Country General Manager and Business Unit Director, where responsibilities included strategy design and business interfacing with the U.S. headquarters. Nilton's earlier career included leadership roles at Dixie Toga and Impressora Paranaense Ltda, where key achievements were centered on production operations and strategy development. Educational qualifications include an Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School, multiple degrees from IMD in business administration and executive development, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica.
