Lyda Carvajal is a seasoned QHSE professional with extensive experience in managing quality, health, safety, and environmental systems across various industries in Colombia. Currently serving as QHSE Manager for Iberchem since December 2021, Lyda is responsible for designing and maintaining the integrated management system to meet legal and corporate standards. Prior roles include HSEQ Manager at CPL Aromas and HSE Team Leader at Schlumberger, where Lyda led significant safety and quality initiatives. With a solid educational foundation, including a Chemical Engineering degree and multiple specialized certifications in health and safety management, Lyda combines technical expertise with leadership to drive continuous improvement in organizational practices.
