Miguel Sanchez

Miguel Sanchez has over 18 years of experience in the nuclear energy sector, currently serving as the Head of Licensing & Nuclear Safety at the Cofrentes Nuclear Power Plant in Spain since 2006. Prior to this role, Miguel held positions as Licensing Manager and Nuclear Safety Engineer at the same facility. Miguel's career began at Empresarios Agrupados A.I.E. as a Nuclear Safety Engineer in 2005, and earlier experience includes a role as a trainee researcher in the Thermal Engineering Department at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid from 2003 to 2005. Miguel earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Power Generation and Nuclear Energy from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, following secondary education at Fundación Educativa Amor de Dios in Alcorcón, Madrid.
