Pieter Duerinckx

Pieter Duerinckx has extensive work experience in the energy industry. Pieter began their career at ENGIE Electrabel in 2002, working in various roles related to energy trading, marketing, sales, and sourcing. Pieter then moved to Iberdrola Engineering and Construction in 2008, where they focused on contracts, sales, and procurement. In 2012, they transitioned to Iberdrola, assuming the role of Senior Procurement Manager. Pieter later became the Global Head of Renewable Generation Equipment Procurement. Pieter has proven their expertise in procurement and has held significant positions in both Iberdrola and ENGIE Electrabel.

Pieter Duerinckx has a diverse education history. In 1997, they began their studies at KU Leuven, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Business Engineering in 2002, specializing in Business Administration and Strategy. Later, in 2006 and 2007, Pieter attended Fudan University, where they furthered their education in Chinese language and culture. Additionally, Pieter has obtained additional certifications, including a "Inclusive Leadership Masterclass with Francesca Gino" from WOBI and a certification in TFI - TOEIC.
