Raquel Blanco

Raquel Blanco has extensive experience in the energy sector, serving as the Global Customers and PPAs Director at Iberdrola from May 2003 to June 2023, where responsibilities included managing partnerships with global corporations to facilitate their decarbonization efforts through renewable energy solutions and power purchase agreements. Blanco also held positions such as Global Smart Mobility Director, focusing on advancing electric mobility internationally, and Smart Solutions Director, tasked with developing innovative energy solutions for diverse customer needs. Additionally, Blanco served as General Manager of Tarragona Power during a partnership between Iberdrola Generación and RWE. Current board member roles include Balantia and previously Wallbox Chargers. Blanco holds a Master of Science in Energy and Resources from the University of California, Berkeley, and completed the Global Leadership Programme at IMD Lausanne.
