Linda Felton

Linda Felton has over 35 years of leadership experience in retail banking. Their most recent position is Senior Vice President Retail Market Manager at First Horizon Bank since July 2020. Prior to that, they served as SVP Retail and Business Banking Market Manager at IBERIABANK for 17 years. Linda also held the role of District Manager at Pulaski Bank from 2004 to 2007 and Director of Training at HEARTLAND Community Bank from 1997 to 2004. Linda began their career as a Branch Manager at Regions Bank, specifically First Commercial Bank, where they worked for 17 years. Throughout their career, Linda has gained expertise in coaching and team development, multi-unit and multi-state management, client experience, consumer and small business banking, branch operations, curriculum design and facilitation, process implementation, marketing and communications, and P&L management.

Linda Felton attended the Graduate School of Retail Bank Management from 2011 to 2013, focusing on Retail Management. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Banking and Financial Support Services at the University of Colorado at Boulder Graduate School of Banking from 1998 to 2000.
