Ibero American Action League
Julio Jordan has extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion roles. Currently, Julio works as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Ibero American Action League since September 2018, where they oversee program operations and assist in securing funding. Prior to this, Julio worked at Charter Communications from May 2005 to November 2016 as a Customer Service Coach and Trainer, providing training and coaching to a diverse group of individuals. Additionally, Julio also serves as a Cultural Operations Trainer, working with community organizations and health providers to improve cultural competency and health literacy.

Ibero-American Action League provides programs to individuals and families of all ethnic backgrounds with the unique ability to target the latino community. Through their programs in their main divisions, they prepare children for school, provide academic, social, and health support to youth, offer job readiness/training programs and programsthat ensure a high quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities.
