Pedro Sousa is currently a Principal Scientist at iBET (Merck Healthcare Satellite Lab), having previously served as a Senior Scientist at the same institution. They completed a Licentiate degree in Biology at Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias in 2007, followed by a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biochemistry from Universidade Nova de Lisboa in 2013.
